Critique me!
I made this candy a few days ago to create s-curves. It accidentally got too hot, though, and when I put it in a bowl of cold water to cool off, a big glob of it fell in and started sizzling, creating this.
I strongly suggest making this candy at home cos it's super fun and the end results are extermely photogenic.
I got the gold color by putting almost half a bottle of food dye in the mix. You can make it any color you want, though.

There are still some definate s-curves, mistake or not! I really like how you put it against a white background, it makes the candy pop out more. It looks like you put a gradient over the candy. Whether you did or not it adds depth to it.
